Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here is how order cancellations work at Minomine.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched.
- For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
- To cancel, contact us as quickly as possible with your Order ID — orders are usually dispatched within 12–24 hours.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, reach out with:
- Your Order ID
- Registered name and contact number
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the order, you may refuse delivery or follow our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy where applicable.
Refund on Cancellation
Approved cancellations of prepaid orders are refunded within 2–4 business days to the original payment method. COD orders have nothing to refund unless already paid.
